What are your eyelash extensions made from?
Our lash extensions are made from premium Korean PBT fiber, known for its softness, flexibility, and durability. They hold their curl perfectly and feel lightweight for your clients.
How should I store my lash adhesive?
Store your adhesive upright in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and humidity. For best results, use within 4–6 weeks of opening and always reseal tightly after each use.
Do you test your products on animals?
Never! Cleo Beauty Co. is 100% cruelty-free. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals.

Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We ship same day on all orders placed before 1pm AEST (Mon–Fri). Standard shipping usually takes 2–6 business days, and express shipping takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! You’ll get free standard shipping on orders over $100, or free express shipping on orders over $150.
Can I Click & Collect my order?
Definitely! If you’re local to our warehouse, you can select Click & Collect at checkout. Orders are usually ready within a few hours during business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey all the way to your door.
What if my parcel goes missing?
We use trusted courier partners, but if something goes wrong, contact us at orders@cleobeautyco.com and we’ll help locate or replace your order ASAP.
Returns & Refunds
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, just contact us within 30 days for a refund or exchange (conditions apply — items must be unused and in original packaging).
Can I return opened lash glue or liquids?
Unfortunately, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened liquids such as adhesives, shampoos, or cleansers — unless the product is faulty.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is processed, refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Oh no! We’ve got you covered. Please email us at orders@cleobeautyco.com within 7 days of receiving your order, include photos of the issue, and we’ll replace or refund your item right away.
